Mirche dar aloo

they are very mirchi dar

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 500gm roasted or boiled aloo
    • 1/2 tomato (chopped)
    • 1/2 onion (chopped)
    • 1/2 tbsp ginger (chopped)
    • 1-2 Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp amchoor powder
    • 1 tbsp chat masala
    • 1 tbsp jeera powder
    • 1 tbsp gol gappa masala
    • 1/2 tbsp red chilli
    • salt to taste
    • 6-7 curry leaves
    • 10-12 coriander leaves(dhania leaves)
    • 3-4 green chilli (chopped)



    1. Remove the outer cover of aloo and the with fork make small small holes in aloo then put 500gm aloo(small one) in a microwave around a galss of water for roasting or you can take boiled aloo.
    2. Take a frypan put chopped onion in it and then chopped tomato. add ginger and garlic (chopped).
    3. Take a grinder put all dry masalas in it  then coriander leaves(dhania leaves) , curry leaves,  green chilli in it.
    4. Put this mixture in a frypan  and then aloo mix it well . put 1-2 drops of water in it and put lid on it for 4-5 min.on sloe flame
    5. Ganish it with jeera powder and with coriander leaves.
    6. Serve it hot..........
