it is a very simple, delicious and low calorie dessert
ideal for summers.
1 kg of fresh fruits
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
juice of 1 lemon
Â½ tsp vanilla essence
Â½ tsp rose essence
3 cups Yoghurt (curd)
Mix sugar and orange juice in a pan.
Cut fruits into pieces and mix well with the lemon juice to avoid discoloration.
Beat curd well with the rose and vanilla essence and add sugar/orange juice mixture.
Mix the fruits in and serve chilled.
